By downloading or using Nexus Class, you agree to these Terms.
1) App Access
- Nexus Class is a paid app available through Google Play.
- No separate Nexus Class account is created.
- Google Sign-In may be required to sync and restore timetable data for the purchasing user.
2) Purchase and Refunds
- Purchase is completed through Google Play only.
- Nexus Class does not process card/banking details.
- Refunds, cancellations, and purchase disputes are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law.
3) Permitted Use
You may use Nexus Class for personal/educational timetable management. You must not reverse engineer, tamper with app security, use the app for unlawful activity, or interfere with app operation.
4) Data and Sync
- Timetable entries you create may be synced to cloud storage linked to your signed-in Google account.
- Reinstalling the app and signing in with the same purchased email may restore synced timetable data.
5) Intellectual Property
Nexus Class app code, design, name, and related materials are owned by Nexus Class (or its licensors). You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app.
6) Availability and Updates
We may release fixes, improvements, or feature updates at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7) Disclaimer
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Class is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.
9) Termination
You may stop using Nexus Class at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict use where required by law or misuse.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in courts at your local applicable venue in India, subject to mandatory consumer-law rights.
