Nexus Class ("we", "our", "us") is a paid Android app distributed through Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process and why.
1) What We Collect
Nexus Class does not create app-specific user accounts.
We only process limited data necessary for app operation:
- Google account email address (via Google Sign-In), used only to identify the purchaser and sync that user's timetable data across installs/devices.
- Timetable data created in the app (for cloud sync and restore).
- Basic technical diagnostics (such as app version, device/OS info, and crash logs) if generated by platform/runtime services.
We do not collect:
- Phone numbers, postal addresses, or government IDs;
- Card/bank/payment details;
- Contacts, photos, microphone, or location data (unless explicitly added in a future app version).
2) Payments
Nexus Class is purchased directly from the Google Play Store. All payment processing is handled by Google Play. Nexus Class does not store or process card or banking information.
3) How We Use Data
- Verify app access and support signed-in use;
- Sync and restore timetable data for the same Google account;
- Maintain app reliability and troubleshoot technical issues.
4) Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers only as needed to run the app (for example, Google services used for sign-in, cloud sync, and Play purchase entitlement handling). We may disclose data if required by law.
5) Data Retention and Deletion
- If you uninstall the app, the app is removed from your device.
- Cloud-synced timetable data linked to your Google account may remain available for restore when you reinstall and sign in with the same purchased Google account.
- If you want synced data permanently removed, contact us at the email below and request cloud data deletion for your account email (subject to technical/legal retention obligations, if any).
6) Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards for authentication, transmission, and storage. No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve protections.
7) Children's Privacy
Nexus Class is an education-focused app. We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal data from children. Only limited data needed for sign-in and timetable sync is processed.
8) Your Rights
Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
